Computer Classes

The Pemberton Community Library hosts several FREE computer classes for the public each month. Registration for classes is necessary and space is limited to 11. Classes are normally held in our Computer Center. Interested in taking a class? Click HERE and you'll be directed to our Events Calendar where you can browse each month's programs.

PC Basics
Learn to work in a Windows environment, navigate with the mouse, scroll, link, create and save files. This class is recommended for beginners only.

Microsoft Word
Learn the basics of the popular Microsoft Word Processing program to create and save your documents on a USB/flash drive. We no longer have floppy disk drives in our Computer Center computers. Mouse experienced is required for this class.

Internet & E-mail
Learn how to search the internet; write and send e-mail; forward, reply, and send attachments in this class for beginners.

These classes are held on Monday nights at 6:30 pm. If you cannot attend, but are interested in receiving specialized computer help, we do offer One-On-One Computer Help. Contact us at 609-893-8262 to schedule an appointment with one of our librarians. Be prepared to let  them know at the time of scheduling any computer questions, programs, topics you would like to cover in your scheduled computer help session.
